(MENAFN- Khaleej Times)His Highness Shaikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah has offered condolences to the family of Emirati martyr Abdul Rahman Ibrahim Eissa Al Baloushi at his residence in Dubai.
Al Baloushi died when the car he was travelling in overturned in Saudi Arabia where he was taking part in the Saudi Arabia-led Arab coalition's Operation Restoring Hope in Yemen.
