Oman- India Home Fair to be held on Sept 4 5

HDFC India's largest home loan bank is presenting this year's India Home Fair at Al Falaj Hotel in Muscat from September 4.

The two-day event will showcase properties and real estate developments in different parts of India by more than 40 reputed builders. The pan-India presence of properties ensures that there is something in store for all Indians who are staying in the sultanate.

This is the first time a reputed and a leading bank in India showcases all the major builders from India at an exhibition in Oman. The leading bank has selected those builders who are trust-worthy and conform to the rules of the Indian and various state governments.

HDFC has been an active supporter of the success story of the Indian real estate sector. The largest home loan bank has been bridging the gap between developers and customers by pooling its resources for the betterment of the real estate sector. The aim behind this measure is to help both developers and customers at the same time.

'Non-resident Indians (NRIs) have always been looking at right investment opportunities to invest their hard-earned money. Indian Home Fair 2015 is the right avenue for this as more than 40 reputed builders are participating in the exhibition' said Navneet Prasad regional head of HDFC.

HDFC has many novel schemes which are easy and aimed at prospective real estate buyers. All the home loan schemes of the bank will be explained and will be available at the exhibition venue he added.

'The previous editions of India Home Fair have attracted a large number of visitors and many of them have got rich dividends from their visit. This year we have selected those builders who have proved their merit in the market. Thus upcoming exhibition will have top builders and developers who have not only excelled in their field but have a wide range of products on offer for customers' said Abhimanyu Kukreja Oman office in charge of HDFC.

'By bringing together HDFC and reputed builders under one platform it has become a golden chance for non-resident Indians (NRIs) to get first-hand information about affordable homes and premium villas at prime locations. Thus projects from all parts of the country will be available at the exhibition venue at the Al Falaj Hotel on September 4 and 5. Besides for the benefit of Indians in Oman the exhibition will have on the spot bank loan documentation facility' said Lijihas Hussain director of Molecules International which is organising the property exhibition along with World National Exhibitions.
