Saudi Scouts participate in Gulf Scouting Camp in Oman


(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) The scouts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia participating in the Gulf Scouting Camp for Advanced Stage Scouts being hosted by the Directorate General for Scouts and Guides in the Sultanate of Oman took part yesterday in an experience in identifying the details of the natural life in the plain of Ashour in Dhofar governorate.

The scouts with the participants from the Sultanate of Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait examined the characteristics of the components of the environment in the plain of Ashour which is rich in diversity of plants.

The Gulf Scout Jamboree under the slogan 'Scout and Sustainable Development' includes a visit to the sights in Oman and springs of water, including springs of Othom, Sahnot, Hamran, Jarziz, and Beach of Amoghaisel, in addition to Salalah Tourism Festival.
