'What we have at the moment is a technical-level agreement reached by
the staff of the institutions and the Greek authorities,' she says.
'What we don't have at the moment is a political agreement.'
A political assessment is expected to be carried out during an
afternoon conference call involving representatives of national
finance ministries in the European Union, according to Breidthardt.
