(MENAFN) Official data showed that South Korea's exports to China are projected to continue its plunge in the third quarter, because of a recent setback which the Chinese economy faced.
The figure was translated specifically in the South Korean exports of industrial parts, mainly because it accounts for 35 percent of the country's overall shipments to China.
In the first half of 2015, South Korea's exports to China fell 2.5 percent compared to the same period in 2014, however, exports will probably increase in the fourth quarter due to China's One Belt, One Road initiative.
"Exports to China will likely improve in the fourth quarter amid massive investments in China's infrastructure under the one road initiative," the Korea International Trade Association (KITA) report said.
