Saudi- Family hails youngest member's martyrdom


(MENAFN- Arab News) ABHA: The family of 19-year-old Mamdouh Misfer Al-Harthi the youngest martyr of the Asir mosque bombing has celebrated his martyrdom in a marriage hall in Meesan town of Taif according to a website.
Muidh bin Sultan Al Musaili Al-Harthi sheikh of the Al Musailat tribe said: 'The people of the tribe felt proud of its youngest martyr with the biggest achievement. We are all for our country. This dastardly criminal act will only strengthen our coherence with our government against extremists and those who are behind them.'
The father of the martyr confirmed that his son was the youngest among all the martyrs and that he had joined the job just a few months back.
'We and the families of every martyr are steadfast. Blessed are those who have got martyrdom. He was praying while having love for his homeland. He was buried in Taif' he said.
He said that the Saudi youth are above all such conspiracies. 'Sons of the kingdom are ready to defend their country' he added.
