(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Lebanese authorities today announced the arrest of a Syrian citizen, for taking part in the incidents of Arsal town.
Lebanese Army Intelligence arrested Saturday evening a Syrian breakaway officer belonging to armed groups in the outskirts of Arsal along the Labweh-Arsal road, Lebanon's news agency (NNA) reported.
During the past few months, Lebanese security authorities arrested several suspects for participating in the attack on Lebanese army servicemen that took place in the border town of Arsal.
