Abu Dhabi's University to invest USD4.68m in new dormitory

(MENAFN) Abu Dhabi University has announced allocating an investment worth USD4.68 million to build a 3385 m2 addition to the female dormitory in its Abu Dhabi campus.

The investment comes as part of its strategic plan to offer a world-class educational environment to its students, designed to accommodate the rise in demand for on-campus student housing.

The current dormitory has 495 student houses in segregated male and female dorms. The new facility will include 93 rooms, multipurpose hall, a gym, discussion and several service rooms.

"The new on-campus dormitories are a valuable enhancement to our international educational environment and will complement the University's pursuit of international accreditation," the university's Executive Board said.
