KGL Resources director increases stake

KGL Resources (ASX:KGL) non-executive director Denis Wood has acquired $42391 worth of shares in the company through a number of on market purchases.

His indirect interests bought 284008 shares between 4th and 7th August 2015 at prices ranging from $0.145 to $0.15.

This took his total stake held indirectly to 2490549 shares.

Shares in KGL last traded at $0.18.

Last week KGL delivered a significant increase in the confidence and tonnage of the resource at its high-grade Jervois project to 30.5 million tonnes at 1.07% copper and 23g/t silver.

The upgraded resource will form the basis of an optimised Pre-Feasibility Study expected in October.

Jervois has an existing mining lease due to historical mining activities on site.
