(MENAFN- KNN India) One more firm, Amrapali Fincap Limited, got listed with the BSE SME platform today taking the total number of listed companies to 104.
"Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that effective from Wednesday, August 5, 2015; the equity shares of Amrapali Fincap Limited shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the SME Platform of Exchange in the list of 'MT' Group of Securities," said a notification.
Amrapali Fincap is mainly engaged into the business of providing loan and advances. Majority of its loan and advances are provided to parties which are related to the promoter or associate concern of promoters. The company provides unsecured Short term loans to its customers.
The company also provides these loans to select customers and conduct credit checks for these loans as they are unsecured.
Out of 104 companies listed with the bourse, six companies have migrated to the main board.
