India- Seminar on sustainable and inclusive development of Bihar
(MENAFN- KNN India) Bihar Government in association with the Times of India will organise a seminar with an aim to deliberate on issues amongst the state government departments and its key stakeholders for setting up a collaborative agenda.
State chief minister Nitish Kumar will deliberate key note address of the seminar "Bihar Development Dialogue" which is to be held in the capital city on August 11.
The one-day event will also discuss the strides made by the government in overall development of Bihar.
The key areas of discussion included the topics like perspective on what good, effective and equitable governance mean; good governance challenges and solutions; core values of good governance for ensuring sustainable & inclusive development; role of ICT in promoting good governance; roles of different stake holders in governance; benefits/by-product of good governance; ways and means of bridging the development gap through e-Governance methods and synergising the strategy of equitable growth and development.
Economist and Member, Niti Ayog, Bibek Debroy; Chairperson and Board of Governors, ICIER, Isher Judge Ahluwalia; Founder & President, Centre for Civil Society, Parth J Shah; Member of the Board Advisor, Smile Foundation, Santanu Misra and Editor, ET Now, Ms. Paromita Chatterjee are among others to give the speech at the seminar.
