Arab nations' exports to Brazil hit USD3.377b in H1


(MENAFN) According to data by Brazil's Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade, Arab nations exported products worth USD3.377 billion to Brazil in the first six months of the year.

Exports from Qatar grew 87.96 percent to reach USD424.50 million in the January-June period of 2015 from USD226 million in the same period of 2014, the released data showed.

Saudi exported USD776 million worth of goods in the period, followed by Kuwait with USD243 million worth of exports and the UAE's USD239 million during the first half of 2015.

Meanwhile, other Arab countries, including Egypt, Oman and Bahrain exports reached USD54.36 million, USD41.45 million and USD33.36 million, respectively, during the cited period.
