GCC Secretary General Condemns Terrorist Attack in Bahrain


(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) The Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Dr. Abdullatif Rashid Al-Zayani, strongly, condemned the terrorist attack that occurred in Sitra district, Kingdom of Bahrain, on 28 July 2015, killing 2 policemen and wounding others, as they performed their duties of protecting the country and the people.

Al-Zayani expressed the GCC's solidarity with the Kingdom of Bahrain, rejection interference in its internal affairs, and support for the security, stability and sovereignty of the country and the unity of its people who are distinguished by moderation and openness.

The Secretary General also conveyed his condolence to the families of the victims and wished the injured quick recovery.
