BMW Korea recalls 400 units on seatbelt faults


(MENAFN) According to the South Korean transportation ministry, BMW Korea, the local importer of the German automobile giant, is recalling 400 units for faults related to their seatbelts.

Front seat passengers of the cars may have difficulties fastening as their seatbelts may become stuck due to a defective part, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport said.

The recall affects 444 BMW 3 and BMW 4 cars produced between Sept. 13, 2013, and March 6, 2014. Free repair services will be available starting July 31st at all BMW Korea service centers.
