Saudi- King Abdullah Center for Dialogue participates in meeting in Spain


(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz International Center for Interreligious and Intercultural Dialogue has participated in international meeting with institutions from Mediterranean countries interested in dialogue between followers of religions and cultures.

In his speech at the opening of the meeting held in Barcelona recently in the presence of the Spanish Foreign Minister, the Center's Secretary General Faisal bin Muammar expressed the growing international interest in interreligious and intercultural dialogue and the desire of many countries to take advantage of activities and the dialogues of religious leaders and their effective contribution to put an end to conflicts and fight against extremism in all its forms, stressing that Muslim scholars have unanimously agreed that 'ISIS ' is a terrorist organization and has committed crimes unrelated to the religion and Islam is innocent of all terrorist acts.
