(MENAFNEditorial) OTTAWA Canada July 24 2015/African Press Organization (APO)/ -- The Honourable Rob Nicholson P.C. Q.C. M.P. for Niagara Falls Minister of Foreign Affairs today announced the following diplomatic appointments:

Sandra McCardell becomes High Commissioner to the Republic of South Africa with concurrent accreditation to the Republic of Namibia.

Patricia McCullagh becomes Ambassador to the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire.
