12 killed in air strikes near Aleppo


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Up to 12 civilians including children died in regime's air strikes on rural regions of the northern city of Aleppo, the opposition-run Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.

SOHR said in a statement on Wednesday that gunship helicopters attacked with "barrel bombs" several spots in the village of Al-Buraij in Aleppo's countryside, killing 12 people including four children, one woman and a pregnant female.

In Damascus' countryside, two people died and 18 others suffered injuries in regime's shelling on Harasta in eastern Ghouta. (end)
