Air strikes in Syria kill 13 ISIL members
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Strikes carried out by the Syrian air force Tuesday resulted in the death of 13 ISIL members in Al-Hasakah city northeast of Damascus, said the Syrian observatory for human rights.
According to the Syrian observatory, heavy fighting is ensuing between Syrian regime troops and ISIL members in the city in bid by both parties to control Hasakah's countryside.
Throughout the country, battles among different factions in Syria rages on in a manner that furthers increases the misery of the Syrian people mostly displaced or in refugee since March 15, 2011. (end)
