(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) The United Nations granted an official consultative status to the London-based Palestinian Return Center despite Israel's objection.
Sixteen countries voted in favor of the decision while 13 other including the United States, Germany and most European countries voted against it.
Consultative status grants the center's leaders access to UN facilities worldwide and the ability to participate in various events and debates.
