Jordan- JHCO, CARE sign Memorandum of Understanding


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) The Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO) On Thursday, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with CARE International to boost cooperation and coordination to assist all refugees in the Kingdom.

Secretary General of the JHCO Ayman Mifleh said cooperation with CARE International comes to serve refugees of all nationalities, mainly the Syrians, noting that the JHCO will place all its capabilities at the service of joint projects that would contribute to alleviating the suffering of refugees inside and outside camps.

He pointed to the pressure and challenges facing the Kingdom as a result of hosting a large number of refugees, who are placing an increasing pressure on the Kingdom's limited resources.

Country Director at CARE International in Jordan Salam Kanaan said the organization will do its utmost to serve the refugees through cooperation with the JHCO.
