India's exports drop 15.82 percent in June


(MENAFN) India's merchandise exports dropped 15.82 percent in June to USD22.28 billion compared to USD26.47 billion last year, which indicates that exports decreased for consecutive seven months, according to Data, KNN reported.

The trade data showed that the company's exports fell by 16.75 percent to USD66.69 billion in the first quarter of the year compared to USD80.11 billion in the same quarter last year.

Meanwhile, imports declined 13.40 percent surging USD33.11 billion compared to USD38.24 billion in the same period of 2014.
