(MENAFN- Emirates News Agency (WAM)) Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has ordered promotion of 223 officers and 200 civilian staff and employees at the General Directorate of Civil Defence in Dubai.
The promotions are ordered in appreciation of the hard work and excellent performance in discharging their duties.
Among those who are promoted are 28 officers to the rank of Captain,1 to the rank of 1st Lieutenant, 7 to First Warrant Officer, 10 to Warrant Officer, 4 to 1st Sergeant, 21 to Sergeant, 43 to 1st Corporal, 96 to Corporal and 13 to 1st Policeman. Also promoted were 200 civilian staff employees.
Director General of the Dubai Civil Defence Major General Rashid Thani Al Matroushi expressed thanks to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid for his care and attention to the civil defence staff.
