India- No. of companies listed with BSE SME reaches 103


(MENAFN- KNN India) The number of companies listed with the SME exchange of BSE has crossed 100 taking the total number to 103. Six companies have migrated to the main board.

One more firm, Jiya Eco-Products Limited, got listed with the bourse on Thursday morning.

"Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that effective from Thursday, July 16, 2015 the equity shares of Jiya Eco-Products Limited shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the SME Platform of Exchange in the list of 'MT' Group of Securities," BSE SME said in a notification today.

It seems the sentiments of the investors in the market are up with more and more companies getting listed with the platform.

The market capitalization of BSE SME was Rs 7,365.38 crore in the early trade; however, only 12 companies were trading actively.

There were 2 gainers and 5 losers, whereas 5 companies traded flat.

The market cap of 21 companies listed with the ITP platform was Rs 6,077.67 crore. (KNN Bureau)
