Price of Kuwaiti crude oil drops to USD 53.77 per barrel


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Price of Kuwaiti crude oil dropped by 94 cents to USD 53.77 on Wednesday, as compared to USD 54.71 per barrel the previous day, according to Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC). In the international markets, the Brent crude rose by 21 cents to USD 58.72 per barrel. American crude price climbed 28 cents to USD 53.32 pb. The Brent rose amid forecast resumption of Iran's oil exports, as a result of the Vienna nuclear deal.

Meanwhile, US crude reserves dropped 7.3 million barrels in the week ending on July 10, reaching 460.6 million barrels. (end)
