(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) The Political and Security Affairs Council has held a meeting at Al-Safa palace in Makkah under the chairmanship of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior, who is also Chairman of the Political and Security Affairs Council.
During the meeting, which took place last night, the Council was listened to a political and security briefing on a number of issues in addition to a number of regional and international incidents and took the necessary recommendations on them.
