560 Trucks Enter Gaza Strip through Karam Abu Salem Crossing


(MENAFN- QNA) Israeli occupation opened Thursday the Karam Abu Salem crossing to allow the entry of 560 trucks loaded with commercial, agricultural and aid goods, the Coordination Committee for the entry of goods into the Gaza Strip said.

Head of the Coordination Committee for entry of goods in the Gaza Strip Raed Fattouh said at least 100 trucks are loaded with construction materials for international projects and 150 trucks loaded with gravel for roads' infrastructure.

The Karam Abu Salem is the only commercial crossing operating in Gaza for the entry of goods and fuel and the Israeli occupation closes it every Friday and Saturday.
