Nevertheless the marginal total volume decline recorded in the category in 2014 was slower than the 1% total volume decline recorded in 2013 due to new product launches such as Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey and The Botalist by Brown-Forman and Tanqueray No10 Tekirdag No10 and Gilbey's Vodka by Mey Icki. These new product launches added dynamism to spirits in 2014.
