(MENAFN- The Peninsula) Qatar Electricity and Water Company (Kahramaa) announced today its half-yearly results, which saw net profit rise to QR737m ($202.39m), witnessing 2.9 percent growth compared to the first six months of 2014.
Earnings per share for the first half of 2015 grew to QR6.87, from QR6.57 achieved during the same period of last year.
Equity meanwhile is at QR6.891bn, slightly higher from the QR6.187bn achieved in the first six months of 2014. Kahramaa's share traded at 225 at the closing of today's session, up QR2.4 on the day.
