Royal Oman Police News: Firecrackers seized at border posts
As many as 404 firecrackers were found in a car at the Wajajah crossing. Meanwhile a check at Wadi Saa crossing yielded 33 packs of firecrackers.

Three arrested in North Sharqiyah theft cases
North Sharqiyah police has arrested an Omani for stealing from a shop. Sinaw police had received complaints of a burglary in which the shop's door was removed and the safe stolen. The accused was arrested after investigation and has admitted to his crime.
In another case Sinaw police with help of citizens arrested two Omanis for stealing sheep. A citizen initially reported witnessing a pick-up truck transporting 30 sheep which had been stolen from a barn.
