Qatar- Housemaid to be deported for assaulting employer's daughter
(MENAFN- Gulf Times) A Doha Criminal Court has ordered the deportation of a maid for assaulting her employer's daughter, local Arabic daily Arrayah has reported.
The court established her guilt based on witness testimony and footage obtained from surveillance cameras that the employer had installed in the house.
The matter came to light when the employer observed that his daughter wept while sleeping and her health had started to deteriorate.
He then installed the surveillance cameras in the house.
After some time, the man checked the footage and saw the maid, an Asian expatriate, pushing and beating his daughter. When he confronted the maid with this, she got nervous and started justifying her action.
