Iranian Pres. hopes success of nuclear talks

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) The Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has expressed hope of the success of the difficult negotiations with the major world powers over the Iranian nuclear program.

In a statement carried by the official news agency (IRNA), Rouhani said that the world would admire the Iranian people and its ability to negotiate differences with others even if the talks reached a dead end.

If the on-going nuclear negotiations fail, the world will acknowledge Iran's logical behavior at the talks, President Rouhani said in a meeting with a number of Iranian intellectuals and artists.

He went on to say that "and if by (Allah) Almighty's grace and nation's prayers we become victorious, the world would know that Iranians are skillful people who manage to settle their problems with logic." The President called on the public and elites to support his administration and nuclear negotiators to settle different problems in line with the national interests.
