Jordan's Chamber of Industry exports reach USD2.81b
(MENAFN) Amman Chamber of Industry (ACI) exportations reached USD2.81 billion in the first half of the year, marking an increase of 2 percent in comparison with the same half last year, Jordan News Agency reported.
Exports by certificates of origin issued by the ACI during the first half of 2015 reached USD2.95 billion, compared to USD2.89 billion for the same period last year, according to a statistical report.
The report added that exports to Arab Asian countries decreased to USD1.6 billion compared to USD1.61 billion for the same period last year. The major decrease was seen in Iraq at 24 percent.
