Saudi Arabia, Qatar discuss situation updates in region
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Saudi Arabia's King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud met with Amir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani on Wednesday, official media reported.
During the meeting, the two sides also reviewed bilateral relations and aspects of mutual cooperation between the two countries, in addition to discussing updates of the situations on the Gulf, Arab and international arenas, according to Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The meeting was attended, from the Saudi side, by Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, Dr. Mussaed Al-Ayban, Minister of State and Member of the Cabinet, Dr. Eissam bin Saeid, Minister of State, Member of the Cabinet and Acting Minister of Housing and Minister of Foreign Affairs Adel Al-Jubeir.
From the Qatari side, it was attended by Sheikh Jasim bin Hamad Al-Thani, Personal Representative of Amir of Qatar, Sheikh Juaan bin Hamad Al-Thani, Head of the Qatari Olympic Committee, Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa Al-Thani, Head of the Amiri Court, and Sheikh Abdullah bin Thamir Al-Thani, Qatari Ambassador to the Kingdom.
