Knowlarity is a fast-growing technology companywith over 12000 businesses in India and 65 other countries globally. Its products can process over a million calls an hour. Headquartered in Singapore it has offices in Gurgaon Mumbai and Bengaluru.
“Currently Knowlarity has thousands of users. Initially our operations will centre on Dubai. We plan to eventually have a presence across GCC countries” said Ambarish Gupta founder and CEO of Knowlarity.
“Currently 12000-plus SMEs and around 400 to 500 larger companies are using our services across Africa Dubai SingaporePhilippinesand Turkey” Gupta said. “For SMEs it’s more about rendering them a cloud communication service. This gives them a channel to be in touch with customers.”
