(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) The Council of Political and Security Affairs held a meeting at Al-Salam Palace here yesterday under the chairmanship of the Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier, Minister of Interior and Head of the Council.
During the meeting, the Council of Political and Security Affairs was briefed on a political and security outline on a number of issues in addition to a number of latest regional and international developments.
Concerning them, the Council has issued a number of necessary recommendations.
