(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Al Meera Consumer Goods Company, in the spirit of the holy month of Ramadan, organised a Suhoor for its employees in Doha recently.
The initiative came as part of Al Meera's keenness to uphold Qatari traditions by gathering people and enhancing communication and socialisation among team members, according to a statement.
The Suhoor was attended by several senior executives from Al Meera, including Dr Mohamed Nasser al-Qahtani, deputy CEO.
Dr al-Qahtani welcomed the staff, stressing the keenness of Al Meera to "strengthen the bonds of friendship and develop a unified family spirit among the company's staff members".
"Through this special Ramadan gathering, we aim to instil a sense of goodness and giving at the core of the Al Meera family. This Suhoor is a great opportunity to show our responsibility towards the community and express our commitment to the wellbeing of our employees," he said, highlighting the company's "commitment to continuously organise such social events".
The Suhoor gathering is one of many initiatives organised by Al Meera each year during the holy month.
