Temperatures hit record levels in the Netherlands


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Temperatures hit 37.3 degrees in the Dutch city of Maastricht on Thursday making it the warmest July day ever recorded in the Netherlands. Wednesday night was also the warmest evening since 1901, the temperature did not dip below 24.1 degrees, according to Dutch media reports.

On Friday, temperatures will be around 29 degrees but will rise again to the mid-30s on Saturday.

Next week the weather will remain warm but with more showers, noted the reports.
