(MENAFN) Al Rayyan Tourism Investment Company (ARTIC), an affiliate of Al Faisal Holding Company, has reportedly completed the purchase of St Regis Washington, DC, The Peninsula reported.
St Regis Washington is number one luxury hotel in the American capital. It is situated near the White House, entertains 182 apartments, and considered by many as the prime hotel in the city.
"St Regis Washington DC fits perfectly with our expansion strategy and investment criteria; it has an extraordinary location, superb asset quality and beautiful architecture," Chairman of ARTIC said.
