(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) President of the Advisory Board for the Development of Arab Culture (Arabia) and the Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to UNESCO Ambassador Dr. Ziad Al-Drees explained that 'Arabic and Science' axis is adopted as subject of course to the 2015 World Day of the Arabic language.
Dr. Al-Drees explained that the choice of this axis would draw attention to the importance of the Arabic language and its high status over history due to its position in the human civilization and its contributions to scientific development over the past centuries.
