(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) strongly condemned the two terrorist attacks against Kuwait and Tunisia, which took place last Friday.
A bomb attack killed 27 people and injured 227 during Friday's prayers at Imam Al-Sadiq mosque in downtown Kuwait city, while a terrorist attack on a hotel in the Tunisian city of Sousse killing around 40 people and wounding 39 others.
Tunisia-based ALECSO, in a statement, voiced solidarity with the Kuwaiti and Tunisian people in this difficult times, affirming support to the two Arab countries' fight against terrorism.
It called for strengthening educational and cultural fronts "to be the keeper of the nation" in the face of terrorism.
