(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Qatar Airways' frequent flyer programme, Privilege Club, has celebrated the success of a promotional kiosk at Landmark mall from June 18-27, which opened to coincide with the start of Ramadan.
The kiosk provided visitors with a chance to enroll as Privilege Club members and offered information to existing members about the latest promotions and services available through the programme.
The kiosk at Landmark also offered a special promotion to visitors who enrolled as Privilege Club members at the kiosk € Double Qmiles for all the sectors travelled during the promotional period, as well as fast-track to the programme's Silver tier if members reach at least 100 Q-points by the end of the promotional period.
Ehab Amin, Qatar Airways senior vice-president (Commercial € Qatar), said: "Based upon the success of such initiatives in the past, we have again completed our promotion at Landmark shopping mall, enabling ease of access for those who wish to learn more about our frequent flyer programme, one of the most generous airline reward programmes available."
Membership to the Qatar Airways Privilege Club offers many benefits and services in accordance with oneworld tiers and the Silver, Gold and Platinum levels and their oneworld equivalents.
The oneworld alliance also includes airberlin, American Airlines, British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Finnair, Iberia, Japan Airlines, LAN, TAM Airlines, Malaysian Airlines, Qantas, Royal Jordanian, S7 Airlines and SriLankan Airlines.
Privilege Club Silver members enjoy a number of benefits and services. They can earn and redeem Q-miles on any oneworld member airline and earn Q-points towards their tier status on all eligible oneworld flights. They can also have access to business class priority check-in, preferred or pre-reserved seating and receive priority on standby flights.
Privilege Club Gold members receive all the benefits of Privilege Club Silver plus access to business class lounges as well as priority boarding, extra baggage allowance and priority baggage handling.
Privilege Club Platinum members have all the benefits of Privilege Club Gold as well as access to first class lounges, first class priority check-in and fast-track security lanes.
