Oman- The Wave, Muscat introduces new resale and leasing service


(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) The Wave Muscat has launched its own resale and leasing service to better serve the growing number of investors in the project as well as people looking to move into or buy at the integrated tourism complex. 

The Wave Muscat's resale and leasing manager Abdullah al Nasseri said the new service would focus on providing professional advice and service to property owners and tenants and exclusively work on properties within The Wave Muscat.

'With direct access to new stock and in-house PRO services The Wave Muscat's  resale and leasing team provides a seamless experience for new tenants looking to move into the sultanate's premier waterfront community as well as providing tailored expert advice on property leasing and value enhancement for landlords.'

Located onsite at The Walk a new customer kiosk has been installed next to Spinneys to showcase new releases and priority listings. Customers can also visit The Wave Muscat's offices on level 3 of The Walk next to The Wave Muscat's Customer Service Centre.
