(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Towell Construction & Co (TCC) conducted a NLP personality development workshop for its managers and senior staff at the Towell Farm House in Seeb. The workshop was conducted by internationally accredited NLP trainer Hemant Joshi who visited from Bahrain on invitation.
NLP or Neuro-linguistic has been one of the most breathtaking innovations in the field of transforming human beliefs habits and behaviour. The workshop covered various aspects such as using sensory representations for accessing positive mental resources changing belief systems regulating thought patterns and effective goal setting. The interactive workshop involved learning various mental processes and turned out to be a rejuvenating event for the participants.
