(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Oman Cement Co said due to operational difficulties it has had to prolong the shutdown of a kiln of 4000-tonnes-per-day clinker output capacity for a planned maintenance. The company said this will have an impact on it second-quarter performance.
CEO Jamal al Hooti told MSM the closure is resulting in lower production and sales during the current months; having an impact on performance of the company during the current quarter.
