Saudi Kingdom Holding, CDCIC launch USD400m finance


(MENAFN) Kingdom Holding Company (KHC) and Caisse des D"p"ts International Capital (CDCIC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish finance for investments worth USD400 million, Arab News reported.

The finance is set to be managed in cooperation between the two entities, with USD100 million to be injected by each KHC and CDCIC, in addition to USD300 million by a third part.

The finance is set to seek attractive investment opportunities in small and medium size enterprises in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the participation of large French corporates, in addition to diversifying KHC 's investment portfolio.
