(MENAFN- The Peninsula) Imran Ali Raja eased past Mohamed Kalesh in straight games to move into the second round of the Radisson Blu-Olympic Sports Squash tournament.
In the Men's Level B category played at Radisson Blu Squash court, Raja eased to a 11-3, 11-0, 11-0 win.
Around 100 players are taking part in the championship heald at the Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex at the Radisson Blu Hotel, which kicked off on Friday at two venues in Doha. This year's championship is the 15th edition of the professional and amateur squash championship held under the guidance of Qatar Squash Federation (QSF) and is held in ten different categories.
The competition is open for both professionals and amateur players.
Players are competing in the over-45 years, Under-9, Under-11, Under-13, Under-15, Under-17 and Under-19 besides men's level A, men's level B and ladies event.
