Greece creditors ready to disburse 1.8 bn euros

(MENAFN- The Peninsula) Greece's creditors are ready to disburse 1.8 billion euros in financial aid to help it meet a crucial IMF payment if parliament votes in favour of a reform deal, a negotiating document seen by AFP said Friday.

The money - profits from Greek bonds held by the European Central Bank - would be paid out "as soon as the Greek parliament has approved with a resolution the agreement with the (creditor) institutions and adopted a first set of legislative actions," the document said.
