This new product measures employee’s foundational principles and helps managers approach and coach in each category. Get Your Pulse helps you create a customized coaching program for your company.
How it Works
1. Each employee takes a 15 to 20 minute assessment and receives an instant report that shows their scores in each of the 9 foundational principle areas.
a. Attitude Confidence Connectivity Engagement Feedback Motivation Progress Relationships and Self-development
2. Each manager can look at the employee’s report analyze their scores and see where that individual needs improvement.
3. The manager toolbox allows managers to find coaching questions tools and resources for coaching in each fundamental category according to the scores on employee assessments.
4. The live dashboard allows you to view the scores in each fundamental principle at the company level manager level all the way down to each individual employee.
5. The learning center provides extra coaching tips tools and resources for coaching in any category.
This program provides managers with the tools to coach their employees in the areas they need the most help. It is customized to each individual employee and to the company as a whole.
