Sacred Heart School (www.sacredheartkingston.com) a private Catholic co-educational school for students in preschool through grade 12 is offering a Summer Leadership Program that will bring more than 30 new Summer Enrichment Programs to the Kingston based High School campus which includes the new state-of-the-art Science and Innovation Center.
The innovative programs led by Summer Programs Director Dylan Collins will benefit students in grades 5 through 12. The one-week electives are designed to meet the specific interests of students and better prepare them for future studies. The classes will be taught by Sacred Heart staff alumni college professors researchers and other professionals in their fields.
The course offerings include S.T.E.A.M. (Science Technology Engineering Arts and Math) inspired programs including Marine Biology Robotics Engineering Forensics Theater Visual Arts Web Design and Art History Museum Hopping. Additional offerings include Entrepreneurship “Shark Tank” SAT Prep classes and the College Bound program where students visit a different college campus each day. Sports programs include basketball lacrosse and tennis.
