The bank received the certification after the successful completion of the recertification audit of all its departments by Bureau Veritas, a global leader in Testing, Inspecting and Certification (TIC). The bank's recognition demonstrates its commitment to applying the highest quality control measures across its operations.

The ISO 9001:2008 certificate is an international standard related to quality management systems, applicable to any organization from all types of business sectors and activities, and is based on eight quality management principles, including customer focus, leadership, involvement of people, process approach, system approach to management, continual improvement, fact based decision-making and mutually beneficial supplier relationships.
